I am loving Happy Chair Yoga it’s a program on Chan 9 on Tuesdays and Thursdays @8:30am. It’s very gentle and slow, with amazing benefits. Try it if you are hesitant to trying yoga or any exercise. It is a great place to start. We must keep moving, even if we are in some pain. Don’t over do any exercise, but do something everyday. Try it and let me know what you think. Maybe give me some of your suggestions for movement. Thx
